Merry Christmas Eve Eve my brothers! We were supposed to finish this on Christmas Eve, but we started a day early I know. Hopefully, we are sharing this pour together in the man room if not I may have to pour us a glass on Christmas together. I saved this pour for last because this is the one night of the year I actually drink this whiskey. Midwinter’s Night was made for this time of year. My hope is that every time I take a sip I am transported into the state of Christmas, a season of the holidays.

This is more of a symbolic pour rather than some amazing elixir in a glass. A rye finished in both port wine cask and French oak cask, to bring the holiday spices to life. A one of a kind and highly sought after year after year by whiskey lovers. This dram reminds me so much of how our senses can take us back to a place from our youth or time travel to part of our lives when everything was so perfect.

I encourage you to just take it all in. Take in the food; take in the music, and the kids running around laughing and playing. Yes, some holidays can be stressful and full of conflict but under the right circumstances and with the right drink, magic and memories can manifest. I put this list together to bring the three of us closer. Let's share these moments as we are the men of the future for this family and we are united by this one cause. I hope these last couple weeks have been fun and fulfilling and I can’t wait to put together next year’s list. Maybe we upgrade to 24 days but either way hopefully a tradition was started. Cheers
